Registration and Payment: All participants must complete the registration form and submit the required fees by the specified deadlines. Early bird rates apply only if payment is received by15/09/2024. Regular rates will apply thereafter. All payments are non-refundable after 15/10/2024
Participation: By registering for this course, participants agree to engage in all scheduled activities unless prior arrangements have been made with the event organizers. Participants are expected to follow the rules and regulations set by the organizers and to respect all fellow participants and staff.
Accommodation and Meals: Participants are responsible for booking their own accommodations unless otherwise specified. Information about discounted rates at designated hotels will be provided, subject to availability. All personal expenses, including meals not explicitly mentioned in the course details, are the responsibility of the participant.
Health and Safety: Participants must comply with health and safety guidelines issued by the event organizers and the venue. This includes any measures implemented to prevent the spread of infectious diseases. Participants should inform the organizers of any health conditions or allergies that might require special attention during the course.
Liability: The organizers are not responsible for personal injuries or property damage suffered by participants during the event. Participants are encouraged to secure appropriate insurance coverage.
Cancellation of Event: The organizers reserve the right to cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances. In such an event, registered participants will be notified as soon as possible and refunds will be processed.
Changes to the Program: The event organizers reserve the right to make changes to the program as necessary. This includes changes in speakers, event timings, and session content.
